• Support the administration and coordination of aviation audit programs in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Analyse audit-related data to identify trends, risks, performance indicators, and opportunities for safety improvement.
• Maintain accurate databases, audit records, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare data analysis reports and presentations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Review audit outcomes and assist in identifying opportunities to improve audit quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate audit documentation, registration agreements, and related administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate records relating to auditor applications, qualifications, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with preparation, review, and delivery of audit reports aligned with organisational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams including aviation operations, technical specialists, product teams, and customer support teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending practical solutions.

  Qualification & experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in aviation, aeronautical engineering, engineering, data analytics, safety management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working within the aviation industry, with exposure to flight operations, aviation maintenance, engineering, or aviation safety environments.
• Experience in aviation quality assurance, audit administration, safety management systems, or compliance programs.
• Demonstrated experience analysing data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety principles, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience maintaining complex datasets, databases, and reporting systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience using analytical or reporting software.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
