About the Opportunity

Exciting New Role – Bathurst NSW

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Bathurst, NSW.

This is a part-time, on-site role, 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the role grows. $80,000 - $100,000 PRO RATA

Working closely with the Business Manager and Project/Team Leaders, you'll help keep projects, people and operational requirements running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being part of a busy, collaborative team.

• What You'll Be Responsible For

• Build and maintain rosters in Deputy

• Coordinate shift changes and site coverage

• Support workforce allocation across projects

• Monitor timesheets in NetSuite and follow up discrepancies

• Support accurate and timely payroll processing

• Maintain SWMS, SDS, Work Direction Forms, pre-starts and project documentation

• Ensure compliance records are accurate and up to date

• Act as a key contact for field teams

• Assist with scheduling, PPE, equipment and site requirements

• Consolidate field reports and project data

• Support incident reporting, Good Catch systems and corrective actions

• Provide day-to-day operational and project administration

About You

You are organised, practical and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy supporting teams, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll bring:

• Experience in project administration, operations administration or coordination

• Excellent communication, writing and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail

• Confidence with systems, spreadsheets and reporting

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Strong safety and compliance awareness

• Knowledge of civil works and vegetation management is highly desirable

• Experience in rail, gas, mining, resources or similar projects is advantageous

• Experience with Deputy, NetSuite, SafetyCulture, Microsoft Office or SharePoint is highly regarded but not essential
