About the role
Here at The Hills District Childcare Centre we are committed to providing high quality care that promotes learning, development and a positive culture in a secure, supported and flexible environment that is responsive to children, families, staff and communities.
We work together with Team Members to set goals and ongoing development to enhance your education. We always aim to create a working environment that is fun and flexible. We feel that staff will be of high quality when they are happy in their work place. We believe that as a staff member you will bring your own strength, personal qualities along with education to benefit our centre. We provide a secure, supported employment through sound industrial rights, conditions and personal practices. We respect and are aware of staffs' cultures, religious beliefs and needs.
We would like for our new Team Member to have the following attributes:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards.
Current Blue Card
Current First aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
Be able to build and maintain a strong and positive relationships with our families, children and other staff at our center
Effective communication skills both verbal and written, along with time management.
