Chef- Premium CBD Steakhouse

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our vibrant steakhouse team in the heart of the CBD for 20-30 hours per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food, and work well as part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Confidently running your own section during service (grill, fry, or larder).

• Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to our recipe and presentation standards.

• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep service smooth and efficient.

• Maintaining a clean, organised section and following all food safety guidelines.

• Managing stock rotation, minimising waste, and keeping prep levels ready for service.

• Bringing creative ideas for menu specials and seasonal updates.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a high-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong grill skills and knowledge of steak cooking temperatures.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.

• A team player who takes pride in their work and values consistency.
