Project Coordinator

About the role

As a Project Coordinator at Brisk Works, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position in Melbourne, VIC 3000 will see you working closely with the project management team to coordinate all aspects of projects, from planning to execution. Looking for admins or project managers with experience working in the childcare space

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the project manager in developing and executing project plans

2. Coordinate the activities of various project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager

4. Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the project lifecycle

5. Maintain accurate project documentation and records

6. Provide support in the preparation of project reports and presentations

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

8. Preparing completion reports (photo focused reports)

9. Organising trades and producing programs

10. Organising access codes

11. Preparing purchase orders and quotes 

12. Scoping works and doing mark-ups off a satellite program

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the childcare industry

2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

4. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

5. A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving

6. Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field would be highly regarded
