Digital Marketing Coordinator

We operate out of a state-of the-art facility in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, with an additional network of sales offices and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating content for Stoddart's online platforms. In addition to this primary duty, the Digital Marketing Coordinator spends much of their time providing support to members of the marketing & sales teams in the production and dissemination of digital and print marketing materials. As such, the role requires ever expanding capability in relation to web based and social digital marketing, in addition to other marketing related software.

More specifically your duties will include the following:

• Collaboratively participate with content creation, formatting, proofreading, uploading, and execution across digital channels

• Collaboratively participate in the generating and distributing of marketing collateral to relevant internal & external stakeholders

• Maintain and build the company's online presence, including social media and industry portals

• Collaboratively participate in electronic direct marketing including engagement with social media

• Provide digital content support for customers & distributors

• Provide task specific support to marketing team members

• Monitor marketing inboxes & social platforms and escalate customer queries to relevant staff

• Maintain lead generation processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to think creatively

• Knowledge of basic html, Markdown, CSS

• Skilled at managing print hardware

• Skilled at the accurate transfer of critical data

• Intermediate level of computer and technical skills incl. Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, CRM Software, GA4

• Skilled with design software (Adobe Creative suite), EDM Software, Online Design Software (Canva)

• Skilled in Social Media use for businesses

• Ability to engage with 3rd party portals
