Bookkeeper - administration Manager

Buses R Us is searching for an awesome team member to join our small office team as Bookkeeper – Administration manager. If you're organised, detail driven and passionate about supporting our organisation, we'd like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with Business Activity statement (BAS), Instalment Activity statements (ISA) and PAYG reporting and liaise with our external accountant
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including taxation and superannuation, payroll obligation and Fairwork requirements
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, debtor control
• Maintain accurate and up to date suppliers and client financial records
• Process payroll and data entry, leave balance and superannuation details, entitlements, and employee changes

Our company is a leader in the school sector and has done this for more than 30 years. Our team of drivers, workshop staff and administration staff are at 18 employees.
