Lifestyle Village Cleaner - Part Time 20hrs per week

We currently have an opportunity at our Lifestyle Village for a cleaner to work 20 hours per week. This can be flexible for the right candidate of a 4-5 day working week, between Monday to Friday (early morning shifts typically anytime from 6am however will consider slightly later for the right candidate if school hours are more suitable). We are looking for a cleaner who takes pride in their work, focused and loves a working day filled with variety! We are a dynamic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. With over 20 villages across Australia, our vision is to provide affordable resort living in a safe community of like-minded people.

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Clean our community facilities and common areas, amenities, and shared spaces. (No private homes)

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces like handles and switches.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.

• Safely use chemicals and equipment.

• Physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling must be achievable with a good level of fitness.

• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

Desirable:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential).

• Valid working rights in Australia.

• Driver’s licence and own car (preferred)

• Willing to obtain a Police Check and work in an over 50's lifestyle community
