$65,000 - $75,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses 

We're looking for a confident and organised Client Qualification & Sales Support Officer to join our growing team in Broadbeach. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong administrative skills, and is comfortable gathering information while helping clients understand their situation and next steps. 

Working closely with our sales and client services teams, you'll be one of the first points of contact for new enquiries, ensuring client information is accurate, complete, and ready for progression through our process. 

About the Role 

Your primary responsibility will be contacting prospective clients who have already submitted their information and guiding them through the next stage of the process. 

This includes: 

• Calling new client enquiries to verify and collect information 

• Building rapport and creating a positive client experience 

• Helping clients understand their current situation and available options 

• Accurately recording and updating information in our CRM systems 

• Following structured scripts and processes 

• Maintaining detailed client records and documentation 

• Assisting with general administration and sales support activities 

• Liaising with internal team members to ensure smooth client handovers 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Previous experience speaking with clients over the phone 

• Strong administration and data entry skills 

• Excellent communication and listening skills 

• Confidence asking clients for personal and financial information in a professional manner 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• Good organisational and time management abilities 

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications 

• A willingness to learn, follow systems and work within established scripts 

Highly Regarded 

• Sales, customer service, telesales or call centre experience 

• Experience using CRM software 

• Experience working in a fast-paced administration environment
