Florist

We are looking for two experienced florists to join our team. We are seeking florists who are confident creating beautiful arrangements, work efficiently and have a genuine passion for flowers and floristry.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong level of industry experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a busy environment.

Experience with weddings, events and larger floral orders is highly regarded, but the role will also involve a variety of everyday floristry, including bouquets, arrangements, vase designs and customer orders.

• Create high-quality bouquets, arrangements and floral designs.

• Complete orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Work with a wide range of flowers, foliage and floral mechanics.

• Assist with wedding and event orders when required.

• Prepare and condition flowers and maintain stock.

• Work to deadlines, particularly during busy periods.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.

• Assist with general day-to-day floristry duties as required.

• Use basic computer systems for orders, emails and other day-to-day tasks.

• Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems.

• Previous professional floristry experience.

• Strong floral design and arrangement skills.

• Basic computer skills.

Wedding and event floristry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
