We’re working with a highly regarded real estate business in Sydney’s Eastern Beaches looking for a hungry, switched-on Leasing Executive to join their property management team.

And no, you don’t need years of leasing experience.

What they care about is attitude.

If you’re confident, polished, organised, good with people and genuinely serious about building a career in real estate, they’ll teach you the rest.

This is not a dead-end leasing role where you spend the next two years opening doors.

It’s an opportunity to get into a strong agency, learn the industry properly and build a genuine pathway into Property Management, Business Development or broader real estate operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll become a key part of the leasing process across a busy Eastern Beaches portfolio, including:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Meeting and speaking with prospective tenants

• Managing enquiries and following up applications

• Assisting with rental listings and property preparation

• Liaising closely with the Property Management team

• Keeping applicants updated throughout the process

• Helping ensure properties are leased quickly and professionally

• Learning the systems, processes and day-to-day workings of a successful real estate office

You’ll be out of the office, meeting people, seeing properties and actually learning the business.

WHO THIS WOULD SUIT

You might be:

• Fresh out of your real estate course and trying to land your first proper role

• Working in retail, hospitality or customer service and ready to move into property

• Already in real estate administration or reception and wanting more exposure

• In leasing now but looking for a better team and clearer progression

We’re much more interested in your attitude and potential than whether you’ve already done the exact job before.

You’ll need to be confident, personable, organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

YOU MUST HAVE

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration

• A valid driver’s licence

• Access to a reliable car

• The ability to work Saturdays when required

• Ideally live within reasonable travelling distance of the Eastern Beaches / Eastern Suburbs
