About the role

The Australasian Hospitality Group is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Motel Management Couple to take the lead at a 29-room motel in Kilmore, Victoria. This is an opportunity for a motivated couple to be part of a growing hospitality group, make the property their own and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest.

📅 Start Date: Between 1 October and 1 December 2026, depending on availability.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day motel operation, overseeing reception, housekeeping, maintenance and overall guest experience.

• Recruit, train and manage your own team, including preparing staff rosters and managing staffing requirements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, reviews and repeat business.

• Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring efficient occupancy and maximising revenue opportunities.

• Drive direct bookings and local business through effective marketing and relationship building.

• Maintain the property to a high standard, including guest rooms, gardens, lawns, presentation, cleanliness, maintenance and safety.

• Work closely with Group Management, following company procedures while taking ownership of the property's performance and success.
