Aum Dental Group is a modern, family-orientated practice in Perth's northern suburbs. We provide high-quality care across all facets of dentistry using current materials, techniques and clinical principles — and we back that up with a friendly, well-run front of house.

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.

You'll be the face and voice of the practice. Day to day, you will:

• Welcome patients and manage the reception area

• Answer phone and email enquiries and manage patient bookings

• Process payments, generate invoices and manage Health Fund and Medicare claims

• Maintain accurate patient records and recall systems

• Assist with sterilisation and chairside support when the practice gets busy

• Support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

• Proven experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant in a busy practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're warm, approachable and genuinely enjoy people

• Punctual, reliable and organised

• Strong attention to detail and a quick learner

• Confident with computers; experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regarded

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Intermediate chairside assisting skills

• A team player with a genuine interest in dentistry and healthcare

Previous experience in a dental practice is essential for this role. We're looking for someone who can step in and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
