Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Configure and support one or more SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning (LMS), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, or Time Management.Perform system configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.Work with integration teams on SAP CPI/Integration Suite and third-party HR systems.Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.Hands-on expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation.Knowledge of Business Rules, MDF, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Integration Center, and reporting.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module.Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations.Experience working in Agile environments.
