Digital Content Designer

Full Time On-Site | St Kilda | $65,000 - $70,000 + Super

At Blue Illusion, we're passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences through fashion, community and connection. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to join our Marketing team at our St Kilda Retail Support Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging designer who loves social media, digital content and visual storytelling. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist, you'll help create engaging content and digital assets that support our social channels, eCommerce platform and marketing campaigns.

About the Role

As our Digital Content Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life across multiple digital touchpoints. From designing social media assets and website graphics to assisting with content shoots and video editing, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media content including posts, stories, reels and campaign assets.
• Create digital and eCommerce creative including website banners, promotional graphics and marketplace assets.
• Support EDM design requirements during busy campaign periods.
• Assist with photo and video content production, from pre-production planning through to editing and formatting.
• Support content capture on-site, including photography and short-form video.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with Blue Illusion's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

About You

You'll be a creative thinker with strong design fundamentals and a passion for digital content.

You'll Bring:

• 1-3 years' experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, fashion, lifestyle, eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills, ideally using Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms and current content best practices.
• Photography and videography skills with confidence capturing content on-site.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a creative team environment.
