Reception & Client Services Assistant (Social Media & Content)

Smile Art Lab is a boutique dental laboratory specialising in aesthetic and digital dentistry. We are a small, friendly team working closely with dentists across Australia.

We are looking for an organised and confident Reception & Client Services Assistant who also enjoys social media and content creation.

This is primarily a reception and client-services position. Around two to three hours each day will normally be allocated to content, photography and video. Reception and client support will remain the priority when required.

This is not a pure marketing role. It would suit someone with reception, administration or customer-service experience who would also enjoy creating content as a regular part of their day.

• Answer telephone calls and emails from dentists

• Enter and coordinate cases using our laboratory management software

• Organise deliveries and courier bookings

• Pack and dispatch completed cases

• Provide general reception and administrative support

• Take photos and videos of our work, team and laboratory

• Create and publish Instagram content

• Film and edit short-form videos and Reels

• Write captions and help maintain our content calendar

• Organise case photos, videos and other marketing assets

You will ideally have:

• Experience in reception, administration or customer service

• Clear and professional telephone and email communication

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• An interest in social media and content creation

• Confidence taking photos and filming videos

• A reliable and helpful attitude

Experience filming and editing video content is a strong advantage. Experience with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar programs would also be helpful.

Dental or healthcare experience is welcome but not required. Training in our systems and laboratory processes will be provided.
