Restaurant Bay is looking for a talented and independent Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for creating delicious dishes, are self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

• Part time position, must be available weekends
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Immediate start available

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a high-paced kitchen
✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own station
✔ Strong organisational skills, including stock control and ordering
✔ Creative flair to develop weekly specials and menu items
✔ A passion for using fresh, local ingredients in your cooking
✔ Attention to detail in both food preparation and presentation

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for breakfast and lunch
• Creating weekly specials and seasonal menu items
• Managing stock levels, inventory, and ensuring proper ordering
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
