Gaming Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Gaming Administration Officer to support the compliance of our Gaming Department.

Mingara Leisure Group is a leader in the NSW Registered Clubs industry, where we make life great at Mingara Recreation Club and The Greens, The Entrance on the Central Coast, The Westport Club in Port Macquarie, Lantern Club in Roselands and Springwood Sports Club in Springwood. Reporting to the Gaming Administration Manager, this role plays a critical role across all of our clubs ensuring accurate gaming administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, and customer service support. 

This is a part-time role working three days per week (currently Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) with the ability to flex up to cover leave and peak periods. 

About the Role

This is a diverse role where you will:

• Reconcile and maintain gaming records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Assist with gaming machine reconciliations and reporting

• Prepare and submit regulatory returns and internal reports

• Maintain accurate records relating to gaming operations, jackpots, promotions and gaming machine movements

• Support compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gambling requirements and company policies

• Coordinate gaming promotions and maintain associated records

• Assist with audits and compliance reviews

About You

 To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong administration experience, preferably within a hospitality environment

• Previous experience in gaming and using gaming systems would be highly regarded

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
