Offender Management Support Officer

• Keep prison records accurate and up to date.

What you will do

As offender management support officer, you will provide administration support to the offender management team. You will help keep information accurate, organised and ready when needed.

You will:

• prepare clear documents, referrals and meeting schedules for case management reviews.
• keep accurate records and enter meeting outcomes into prison information systems.
• prepare and share timely meeting minutes and follow up actions.
• collect information, manage records and prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• provide reliable support to the team and help with other duties when needed.

About you

No formal qualification is required. Experience in a similar administration role will help you succeed.

You should also have:

• strong Microsoft skills and confidence using common office applications.
• experience with PIMS and Outlook, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• good organisation skills and care when entering information or checking records.
• respectful communication skills and the ability to work well with people from different backgrounds.
