Dixon Homes is a well-established residential home builder with a reputation for delivering quality homes and excellent customer service. Based in Rocklea, we are looking for an organised and proactive Construction Scheduler to join our growing team.

As a Construction Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating the residential construction process by scheduling trades and ensuring projects progress efficiently and on time. You will work closely with our supervisors, trades, suppliers, and office team to keep our builds progressing.

• Schedule and coordinate all trades throughout the construction process.

• Liaise via phone with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.

• Follow up outstanding works and resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Assist in ensuring homes are completed on time and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in construction scheduling or residential construction desired but not essential

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

• Full-time permanent position based in Rocklea.
