Senior Manager, Client Solutions

Location: Sydney
 

An exciting opportunity to join the Specialist Sales & Client Solutions team and play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic growth initiatives across Business Banking.

Working closely with the General Manager, Client Solutions and senior stakeholders across the bank, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through to implementation and measurable business outcomes. Initial focus areas include Defence, the India Corridor and Environmental & Social growth opportunities.
 

About the role
As a Senior Manager, Client Solutions, you will:

• Lead strategic growth initiatives from business case through to delivery and benefits realisation

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing and Finance

• Identify and assess market opportunities, customer needs and commercial value

• Influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex environments

• Ensure initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with risk and compliance requirements

• Support the development of innovative solutions that create value for customers and frontline teams.
   

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader who brings:

• Experience in strategy, transformation, proposition, product or change delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability

• Commercial acumen with the ability to assess opportunities, prioritise investment and drive outcomes

• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills

• An ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems and deliver results

• Experience working in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
