Join the Team
As a Senior Integration Analyst you will lead the development, maintenance and support of a complex integration framework that underpins the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless data exchange across NSW Health systems to improve patient care and clinical outcomes.
You’ll work across technical and clinical domains, providing subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to ensure integration solutions are robust, secure and aligned with evolving program needs. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a state-wide digital transformation initiative that impacts healthcare delivery at scale.
In this role, you will:
Lead integration efforts across NSW Health, ensuring alignment with program architecture and strategic objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test and implement application interfaces and technical workflows.Provide expert advice on integration risks, upgrades and architectural changes to maintain system integrity.Coordinate and validate system integration testing, ensuring quality and reliability of data exchange.Resolve complex incidents impacting integration architecture and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

About You
We are looking for someone who is a strategic and technically skilled integration professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenges that impact healthcare delivery at scale. You will bring:
Extensive experience delivering and supporting enterprise integration solutions, including testing, interface validation and workflow design.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating across clinical, technical and executive teams to drive integration outcomes and manage risks.Advanced problem-solving and documentation skills, delivering secure, scalable integrations that support service excellence and digital health transformation.Practical experience with messaging standards, healthcare data integration platforms (e.g., Rhapsody, IRIS, Mirth), and healthcare IT systems (Epic/Cerner)Demonstratable hands-on technical skills API integration, and basic AWS and/or networking knowledge
