Payroll Administrator

Join the Monadelphous' Energy Commercial team and play a key role in supporting payroll operations across our Energy projects. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, timesheets, leave administration, and payroll reporting. Working closely with project teams and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure a seamless payroll experience for our workforce while contributing to the successful delivery of project outcomes across the Energy division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process payroll across resource projects, ensuring accuracy in data entry, cost coding, and payroll audits
• Process timesheets, leave requests, and other payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Respond promptly to payroll, invoicing, and employee enquiries, providing a high level of customer service
• Ensure payroll processes are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
• Support the Payroll Administration Lead with day-to-day payroll operations and continuous process improvements
• Undertake occasional travel to onshore oil and gas facilities as required

What you’ll bring:

• Previous payroll and/or timesheet processing experience, ideally within a high-volume environment.
• Strong administrative and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Energy, resources, or related industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar systems (desirable).
