This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with notice in alignment with the applicable Award. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.
Cancer Services currently has various Permanent and Temporary positions available - Join Central Coast Cancer Services and become part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centred care across Gosford Cancer Day Unit, Wyong Cancer Day Unit and the Radiotherapy Cancer Centre.
About the Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with haematological and oncological malignancies, supporting them through outpatient anti-cancer therapy, radiotherapy and the emotional and supportive care that accompanies their treatment journey.
This position plays a key role in providing compassionate, patient-centred care throughout the cancer treatment journey. In this role you will:
