The Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer who prides themselves in attention to detail and time management and can deliver excellent customer service to our Australian and New Zealand employees.

Based in our National Head Office in Carole Park, you will play a pivotal role in our small but organized payroll team responsible for preparing and running weekly pays for over 650 employees that are based in Australia and New Zealand. You will provide comprehensive end-to-end payroll support, end-of-month reporting, coding timesheets, interpreting legislation, answering payroll enquiries and supporting our Senior Payroll Officer. (for all required payroll activities.) 

 This is a full-time on-going position working Monday to Friday

Essential requirements

• 3 years + experience within a similar Payroll position

• Previous Aurion, UKG and HROnboard systems experience is advantageous (but not essential)

• Experience working with modern awards and enterprise agreements (Australia and New Zealand)

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to employees as well as internal / external stakeholders across the business

• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel 

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Highly organised and ability to manage workloads effectively
