Front Office Receptionist in Guest Relations

About the Role

As the face of Quest Southbank, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with warm and professional service

• Check-ins, check-outs and reservations

• Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues

• Promoting accommodation and upselling services

• Managing guest accounts and administrative tasks

• Supporting guest safety and property security

• Assisting with Front Office operations, including Night Audit when required

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for customer service

• Communicates confidently and professionally

• Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Is reliable, flexible and positive

• Has previous hotel reception or hospitality experience (preferred)

• Has experience using hotel property management systems (desirable)

This is a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Applicants must be available to work a combination of 7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm shifts.
