At BE Campbell, we're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our Food Service Sales team, focusing on the Asian Food Service and Retail Butcher channels. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in driving profitable sales growth across our customer base by promoting BE Campbell's premium product range and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves working closely with existing clients to ensure their needs are met while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll initially kick things off in the office sharpening your skills and learning the ropes, with a clear path to hit the road 1 day a week doing business development, meeting new people, and expanding our reach firsthand. In addition, you will also provide coverage for the foodservice sales during periods of team member absence, ensuring uninterrupted service and account retention.

What You’ll Bring

You're a driven and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building strong relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a B2B sales role
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities
• Proven experience developing and growing customer accounts
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)
