Job Expectation 

Reporting to the National Business Manager, the Sales Representative provides administrative and  operational support to ensure efficient sales processes and strong customer relationships. Key  responsibilities include order processing, invoice management, trade spend administration, accounts  receivable support, and customer communication.  

Primary Responsibilities  

1. Field Sales & Business Development  

• Build and grow customer relationships across ethnic retail and foodservice channels.  

• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution points.  

• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling at customer sites and events.  

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade terms within approved guidelines.  

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.  

2. Customer Relationship Management  

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, resolving order and invoice issues promptly. 

• Maintain regular customer communication to strengthen long-term partnerships.  

3. Sales Administration  

• Process orders and manage invoices, trade spend, and price lists via SAP.  

• Maintain accurate records for reporting and reconciliation. 

Skills/Experience  

• 2+ years of field sales experience, ideally within ethnic channel and/or foodservice industry —  essential.  

• Proven track record in product demonstration, sampling, and driving sales growth.  

• Korean and English language proficiency (business-level) for direct customer communication. 

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.  

• Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.  

• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive; able to work independently and manage time across field and administrative tasks.
