About the role

You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard, from dough preparation through to the final pizza coming out of the oven.

Key responsibilities

• Making pizza dough from scratch, including mixing, portioning, proving and fermentation
• Hand stretching pizza bases to order
• Preparing toppings and maintaining an organised pizza station
• Cooking pizzas in a high-temperature pizza oven
• Maintaining consistency in quality, cooking and presentation
• Working efficiently through busy and high-volume services
• Keeping the pizza station clean, organised and well stocked
• Following food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

About you

• Previous professional pizza-making experience is essential
• Strong understanding of dough making and fermentation
• Confident hand stretching pizza
• Experience cooking in a high-temperature pizza oven
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to handle the pressure of busy service
• Passion for quality food and great pizza
