Sales and Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding their orders, production progress and delivery timeframes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally, efficiently and with a customer-focused approach.
• Liaise closely with warehouse, logistics and ordering teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information and detailed notes.
• Follow up with customers throughout the order process to ensure they are kept informed.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through clear, friendly and professional communication.
• Assist with day-to-day administration and provide support to the wider team as required.
• Identify potential issues early and take appropriate action to resolve them quickly and achieve positive customer outcomes.

Pay: From $54,953.60 per year
