Dental Assistant/Receptionist

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, friendly and proactive dental assistant who enjoys variety. As a boutique one-dentist practice, everyone works together to create an exceptional patient experience.

This is a true all-rounder role where you'll be involved in both clinical assisting and front-of-house reception duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assisting

• Infection control and sterilisation

• Preparing treatment rooms

• Welcoming and looking after patients

• Answering phones and managing appointments

• Processing payments and HICAPS

• Treatment coordination and patient recalls

• Ordering stock and maintaining the practice

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous dental assisting experience, however we’re open to the right trainee

• Is comfortable working on reception as well as chairside

• Is organised and able to work independently

• Has excellent communication skills

• Is warm, professional and genuinely enjoys caring for patients

• Takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, well-organised practice
