About the role

The Mould Doctor is seeking a dedicated Client Services - Quotes professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our McKinnon location. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service delivery teams, managing the quote process and ensuring clients receive prompt, accurate, and professional service. This position plays a crucial part in our business operations, directly influencing customer satisfaction and revenue generation. You will be responsible for processing client enquiries, preparing detailed quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering detailed information from our Techs to prepare accurate and competitive quotations

• Preparing professional quote documents that clearly outline services, pricing and terms

• Following up with clients on submitted quotations to address questions and facilitate decision-making

• Inputting and managing quote data within company systems and databases

• Coordinating with tech teams to ensure quotes accurately reflect operational capabilities and timelines

• Resolving client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Contributing to continuous improvement of quote processes and client service standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client services, sales administration or similar customer-facing role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism

• Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotations and documentation

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service

• Familiarity with the mould remediation or trade services would be advantageous
