About the role
The Senior Manager, Financial Crime Advisory reports directly to the Head of Financial Crime Advisory and Training.
In this pivotal leadership and specialist role, you will be at the forefront of protecting BEN from regulatory, reputational, and financial risks. Operating as a subject matter expert across the "Financial Crime Ecosystem" (including AML/CTF, Sanctions, Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and FATCA/CRS), you will provide critical second-line oversight. You will lead engagement with assigned business segments which may include Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Agri-banking, UpBank, Technology, or Operations ensuring compliance and driving a high-performance risk culture.

This is a permanent full-time position located in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Sydney, or Brisbane.
