NDIS Plan Manager - Remote

 LifeFul is a national NDIS provider committed to supporting people to live the lives they choose. We are looking for an experienced NDIS Plan Manager to join our Finance team in a fully remote, national role. You will play an important role in helping NDIS participants understand and effectively manage their funding, while ensuring providers are paid accurately and on time and all plan administration is completed to a high standard. 

What You'll Do 

As a NDIS Plan Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Managing participant NDIS funding and budgets, ensuring funds are allocated and utilised appropriately. 
• Processing, reviewing and paying provider invoices accurately and within required timeframes. 
• Completing reconciliations and identifying and resolving discrepancies. 
• Monitoring participant plan expenditure and providing clear and timely budget updates. 
• Supporting participants to understand their NDIS funding, budgets and available options. 
• Liaising with participants, nominees, support coordinators, providers and the NDIA as required. 
• Ensuring claims, payments, and plan management activities comply with NDIS requirements. 
• Identifying potential issues with participant funding and escalating concerns appropriately. 
• Providing participants with clear, professional, and responsive communication. 

What We're Looking For 

We're looking for someone who brings both NDIS Plan Management experience and strong financial administration capability. 

Essential 

• Minimum 3 years working in NDIS Plan Management. 
• A relevant accounting/bookkeeping qualification that meets the NDIS Commission's requirements for workers delivering Management of Funding for Supports in Participants' Plans (0127). 
• Current membership with a relevant recognised accounting/bookkeeping professional association, where required under NDIS requirements. 
• Strong understanding of the NDIS Price Guide, Support Catalogue, and NDIS claiming processes. 
• Experience with relevant NDIS and financial systems, including PRODA, Care View and Xero. 
• Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, budgets, and financial administration. 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of required NDIS training and modules. 
• Working With Children Check  
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Training Modules
