$50–$60/hr + Super | Company Vehicle | Service Based Role

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding residential and commercial solar and battery systems across Canberra and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults across solar PV, battery, inverter and monitoring systems

• Completing scheduled servicing, maintenance, system health checks and performance testing

• Attending customer call-outs and resolving technical issues professionally and efficiently

• Electrical testing, fault finding, commissioning and compliance verification

• Identifying and recommending practical repair, upgrade or replacement solutions

• Working to AS/NZS standards, SAA requirements and all relevant safety procedures

• Completing clear service reports, photos and documentation for each job

• Delivering a neat, professional customer experience and explaining outcomes in plain language

• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and trade assistants where required

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Qualified Electrician (Essential)

• SAA Accreditation - Solar and Battery (Desired)

• Previous experience with solar and battery installations

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Current driver’s licence
