Skills, Knowledge And Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred – will accept those who are in process4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred )Experience with large, Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD)High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environmentStrong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards.Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA etc.)
