About the Role
We’re on the lookout for energetic, customer-focused people who want to deliver exceptional in-store service. If you enjoy solving problems, giving helpful advice, and working with high-quality trade and industrial equipment, this is the role for you.

As a Full Time Sales Team Member, you’ll work an 11-day fortnight:

• Week 1: Monday – Friday

• Week 2: Monday – Saturday

We’re closed every Sunday, all National Public Holidays, and we don’t do late-night trading.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Working with internal teams, other stores, and Business Development Representatives

• Managing in-store inventory

• Processing incoming stock

• Picking and packing outbound orders

• Assembling products for display

Previous tool or trade experience is a bonus but not essential. If you have a background in retail, sales, consumer goods, technical products, or simply have a knack for selling and problem-solving — we want to hear from you!

Average Sales Team Earnings Last Financial Year:

• Junior Sales: $75k

• Mid Sales: $80k

• Senior Sales: $90k
  (Before tax, excluding super)
