Being a health services powerhouse, there is also flexibility around caseloads or dual roles in other service streams.  

Key areas of the role are:

• Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
• Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
• Working collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plans
• Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives
• Hep mentor early career / new grad OTs

The successful candidate will have

• Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
• Ideally 18 + months post graduate experience (early career options also available)
• Strong passion for working with NDIS participants

Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $95k-$110k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance, plus your choice of full time or part time.
