Senior / Lead Occupational Therapist

Key areas of the role are:

• Working closely with participants (full age range) and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals
• Conducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendations
• Referring partner relationship management for the region
• Participating in individual and group wide professional development initiatives
• Alongside the Area Manager, support the growth of the region including new clinicians that join the central coast team

The successful candidate will have

• Current registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights
• 2 + years post graduate experience in NDIS
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationships building skills

Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $95k-$110k + super + bonus + vehicle allowance. You will also be supported, mentored and offered genuine work life balance.
