Warehouse Allocations & Exports Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Allocations & Exports Administrator to join our team based in Prestons.

The Role:

• Reviewing, allocating and processing customer sales orders.
• Coordinating warehouse dispatches and domestic and international deliveries.
• Arranging freight bookings and managing export shipments.
• Preparing and maintaining export documentation and shipment records.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers and warehouse teams.
• Monitoring order and shipment progress while resolving delivery issues.
• Reviewing warehouse and freight invoices for accuracy.
• Supporting operational reporting and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with production label printing and general operational administration.
• Providing back-up support for purchasing and importation activities when required.

Who Are You?

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Previous experience in administration, logistics, warehousing, exports, customer service or order processing.
• Experience coordinating freight, transport or distribution activities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory management or business systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Exposure to export documentation and international freight processes will be highly regarded.
• A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline (desirable).
