Service Delivery Coordinator – Appliance Services

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with our Scheduler and a small field technician team to keep service work moving. You will review completed jobs, coordinate follow-up and planned maintenance, prepare quotes and help improve the systems and processes behind the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed technician jobs and make sure the next action is clear.

• Prepare repair, service and installation quotes, with technical support available for complex appliance quotes.

• Work with the Scheduler to coordinate planned maintenance and efficient service runs.

• Support technicians with job information, quality standards and day-to-day operational issues.

• Keep customers informed and help manage parts, suppliers and follow-up work.

• Use Simpro, Excel, automation and emerging AI tools to improve administration and service delivery.

About you

• Strong administration and organisation skills, with confidence using Excel and business systems.

• Experience in service coordination, field service, trade administration or another technical environment

• Practical technical understanding and confidence interpreting technician notes, parts and labour requirements.

• Trade and appliance background is highly favourable

• Comfortable preparing quotes and knowing when specialist technical input is required.

• Clear communicator who enjoys working with technicians, customers and suppliers.

• Proactive, adaptable and interested in using technology, automation and AI to work more efficiently.
