Experienced Barista/All Rounder

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensuring all beverages meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area, including the coffee machine and other equipment
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to provide a seamless dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, capable handling 3-5kg coffee a day.
• Demonstrated proficiency in making a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $27.95 – $44.49 per hour
