About the role
The National Deputy Head of School will play a pivotal role in supporting the National Head of School (N&M) in the leadership, management, and strategic development of the School of Nursing & Midwifery. This senior position encompasses oversight of academic programs, research initiatives, and the student learning experience, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that ensure the delivery of high-quality education and research.
The National Deputy Head of School will contribute to the shaping and implementing the school’s strategic plan, driving innovation and growth, and leading initiatives to enhance teaching, research, and operational excellence.
