Training & Performance Coach

We are looking for a Training & Performance Coach to help our team keep growing, building the skills, confidence, and consistency that make great practice second nature.

About the role

This isn't a desk-bound compliance role. You will be working directly alongside our Rehabilitation Consultants, coaching, mentoring, and running training that actually sticks, helping the team apply best practice with confidence rather than simply pointing out what went wrong after the fact. You will partner closely with our Quality and Compliance function, turning insights into practical coaching that lifts the whole team, and you will play a key role in onboarding new consultants and setting them up for long-term success.

This role reports directly to our General Manager and Managing Director, reflecting how genuinely important we see this position to our team's growth and the quality of support we provide.

What you'll be doing

• Coaching and mentoring Rehabilitation Consultants to build skills, confidence, and consistent best practice

• Designing and delivering training, for new starters and as ongoing development for the existing team

• Partnering with Quality and Compliance to turn insights into practical, real-world coaching

• Spotting skill gaps early and building targeted coaching plans to close them

• Supporting new consultants through onboarding so they hit the ground running

• Staying on top of relevant legislation and scheme requirements, and translating that into everyday guidance for the team
