This is not a traditional reception role.

You will become the Director of First Impressions—the operational heartbeat of our business—supporting our award-winning Sales and Property Management teams while taking ownership of the front office, office presentation, administration, compliance support and workplace organisation.

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Creating an exceptional first impression for every client and visitor.
• Managing a busy front office and reception area.
• Coordinating incoming calls and enquiries.
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Supporting our Property Management and Sales teams with administration.
• Assisting with key management, documentation and appointments.
• Coordinating office supplies and facilities.
• Supporting compliance, WHS and policy administration.
• Assisting management with projects and office systems.
• Assisting with maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture.

Previous experience in real estate administration, office management, executive administration or customer service leadership will be highly regarded, although applicants from other professional service industries are encouraged to apply.
