About the role:

As the Customer Service/Internal Sales team member, you will provide a high level of customer service & sales support to our existing network of trade counters. You will also be responsible for:

• Sales support to on-road representatives

• General administration tasks - processing customer orders, coordinating with customer via phone, email or in person

• Face to face service for walk-in-trade customers

• Liaising with the warehouse staff and Account Managers

• General sales assistant duties - e.g. invoicing

To be successful:

• Previous administrative or internal sales experience

• Familiarity in sales and inventory-based software for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessary

• Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service

• Competent computer skills (MS office required).
