Deputy Principal (Teaching and Learning) - Clyde North

The Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning will provide strategic leadership in partnership with the Campus Principal to drive excellence in teaching and learning, strengthen educational outcomes, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Working collaboratively with staff and leaders, the Deputy Principal - Teaching and Learning will build teacher capability through coaching, mentoring and professional learning initiatives, while ensuring teaching practices align with the school's vision, values and strategic priorities. The role will also contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives, support student engagement and achievement, and foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing learning environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader who is passionate about student success and committed to driving teaching excellence within a community-focused educational setting.
