Site HR Business Partner – Northgate Manufacturing
About The Role
At Kraft Heinz, we believe great people build great brands. We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Site HR Business Partner to join our Northgate manufacturing team and play a key role in partnering with our leaders and employees to deliver our people strategy.
This is a highly visible, site-based HR role where you will be embedded within our manufacturing environment, working closely with the Site Leadership Team, frontline leaders and employees to build capability, strengthen engagement and support business performance.
As a trusted HR partner, you will provide hands-on advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, recruitment and engagement initiatives.
This role requires someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong relationships on the factory floor and making a tangible impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Site Leadership and people leaders to deliver people priorities aligned to business strategy and operational goals.Provide trusted HR advice, coaching and support to leaders across employee relations, performance, attendance, capability and people management matters.Build strong relationships with frontline employees and leaders through a visible and approachable HR presence onsite.Support the delivery of Kraft Heinz Manufacturing System (KHMS) people initiatives and site routines.Use people insights and data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Partner with recruitment teams to deliver effective hiring outcomes across the site.Support talent development, succession planning, engagement initiatives and performance processes.Work collaboratively with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver key people programs and initiatives.
About You
You are an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to solve people challenges and drive positive outcomes.
You Will Bring
Experience in a HR Business Partner role within a complex environment.Strong employee relations experience and confidence coaching leaders through people matters.Experience supporting blue-collar and/or manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar operational workforces (highly desirable).Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Experience using HR systems and data to support decision-making.Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
