Psychologist – Flexible Hours

Bridge to Understanding is looking for a passionate and caring Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This role would suit a Psychologist who enjoys working with children, young people and families and is looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and control over their working week.

Whether you are an experienced Psychologist, early in your career, returning to the workforce, or looking to complement your existing work with a flexible caseload, we would love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Psychology
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
• A genuine passion for supporting children, young people and families
• A strengths-based, neuroaffirming and family-centred approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with children, neurodivergent clients or within the NDIS is welcomed but not essential
