Delivery Lead – Salesforce. 

Our Salesforce team is the engine room behind how we win, onboard and look after customers. They own the CRM platform our sales, growth and service teams run on every day—turning messy manual processes into clean, scalable workflows that keep pace with a business growing this fast.  

The team runs lean and cross-functionally: short feedback loops, close partnerships with the teams they build for, and a bias for shipping. Releases land in production and get felt across the business the same week. If you want your work to matter and your ideas to move quickly, this is where Salesforce actually drives the business forward. 

Responsibilities  

• Own the end-to-end delivery rhythm for the Salesforce team, running the two-week sprint cycle backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and with distinct boards and reporting for BAU versus project work.  
• Coordinate the offshore Salesforce delivery pod day-to-day, partnering with the Lead Administrator and Lead Developer to ensure work is well-scoped, on track and delivered to expected quality across time zones.  
• Own capacity modelling and reporting tracking estimated versus actual effort, velocity and utilisation and provide clear, regular visibility to the Salesforce Platform Lead and Head of RevOps & Systems.  
• Translate initiatives committed at the Salesforce Governance Forum into sequenced, sprint ready delivery plans, managing dependencies and escalating conflicts across teams and environments before they become slippage.  
• Coordinate the Salesforce release cadence through Development, Peer Review, UAT and Production, ensuring every release is documented in Jira and clearly communicated to the business. 
• Keep Jira as the single source of truth and Confluence up to date with sprint reports, release notes and ways of working, continuously improving intake-to-delivery flow with the Business Analyst and Product Owner. 

About You 

• Proven experience running agile delivery for a Salesforce or similar platform team, ideally as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Delivery/Project Manager.  
• Experience coordinating an offshore or distributed delivery team, with strong cross-time-zone communication, stand-up and escalation practices.  
• Confidence building and maintaining capacity, velocity and utilisation reporting that gives leadership objective visibility into delivery performance.  
• A structured, no-nonsense approach to protecting the team from unplanned work and reinforcing a single intake process.  
• Fluency in Jira and Confluence, and a genuine drive for continuous improvement in delivery process, quality and team effectiveness.
